STORY TIME -Volleyball Fun!!

FUN TIMES AT VOLLEYBALL TOURNAMENTS!!

So...usually I play basketball but, this year I decided to try out for my school's volleyball team, and to my surprise I made it. So..I play a setter..and have had such a fun time! Anyway, my team (The Knights) had a tournament, and the team that we were playing would not try to set up a play, they would immediately fire the ball back. So, I was at the net playing setter, when they fired the ball over and, in the moment I didn't realize the ball was out, so I dove for it. But then my coach, Mr. Morrison yelled that it was out, so I dived away from the ball. Then my coach was telling me how awsome it looked. It hurt, but at least we got the point!!

STORY TIME! -How my dad became a merman!

(There are 2 parts to this story te Non-fiction one and te fiction one!) 

We are going to start with the Non-fiction one!

   HOW MY DAD BECAME A MERMAN!

One day BRYLIE decided she loved mermaids, and wanted to become one! She researched a ton, to find a spell to transform her into a mermaid! She found one spell! 

-Get a cup full of water-

-Put 2 teaspoons of salt in the cup-

-Put 2 fingers in the cup-

-Close your eyes and say your mermaid tail colour,name and if you wanna be a salt water or fresh water mermaid-

As I began doing the spell my dad walked in! He said in a serious voice "What are you doing in here?" I replied nervously saying,"Nothing..." As I walked out of the kitchen and sat to watch t.v., all I heard was my dad yell "YUCK" little did I know my dad had come in for a refreshing drink and drank MY CUP! Guess what else, I doubled the recipe (Added a ton of extra salt)! This was a few years ago but a couple of night ago, I asked my dad if "In our old house fo you remember drinking a cup with a ton of salt in it?" He replied "Barly" I told him the story of what really happened and he made the joke "know my secrets out! I'm a merman!" Me and my mom also made the joke "What if one day at 3:00 am you (BRYLIE) are just sitting in the bathtub doing a another spell and dad walks in!!"

             (Next is the fiction one)

Later taht day my dad seemed strange he craved fish wanted to swim 24/7 and always wanted to be touching water! Later that day, 3 strange woman came to get my dad I of course followed! They took him to a place called mako island me threw him in the mako pool! E had a full scaled blue tail! I couldn't believe my eyes! MY DAD WAS A MERMAN! Then he started using magic, he could transform water into any shape he wanted,he of course had many more powers but I couldn't stay to see them te 3 strange woman were at me with THIER powers!

STORY TIME!

Im starting a new thing called STORY TIME! It's going to be where I write stories non-fiction or fiction! It will probly be often since I love to write!

Hi everyone

Sunday ended up being a nice and fun night. the furnace got fixed and we watched movies all night.

 I forgot to write on Monday and Tuesday so I am writing about those days today!
 
Monday: We were eating chili then we got ready for tobogganing  for family day and Meika freaked out and I went down a bump and caught some air! After tobogganing we went to the Lego Movie it was hilarious then we went to Jerry's for dinner, it was awesome! Then we went home and watched Father of the Bride 2 then jumped on the air mattress!

Tuesday: After we ate we went to the doctor for a checkup we are all healthy. After that we went shopping at superstore then came home to see a Valentines package from our oldest aunt! Meika shared her chocolate with Tak.

 

 

He made a huge mess.  We also soaked some green mung beans to sprout (i'll do a post all about that). Then that night we watched The Mighty Ducks and then we jumped on the air mattress!

 
Wednesday: Today I  went to the orthodontist then learned to curl my hair then we "planted" the mung beans.

 

tonight we are watching  The Mighty Ducks 2 and we will probably jump on the air mattress!

BEST/ WORST DAY

Hi everyone this is me trying to be happy. why? Because, I am sick, I have a sore leg, I have sore taste buds and my teeth are super super sore! I spent my whole day sitting on the couch trying to stay warm because our furnice broke 2 guys came to fix it like 10 times and I watched lots and lots of movies! But out of a bad day it was a good day because I have a whole week to be free and not worry about school because I am on my February break.
